Design and Build Process

Project initiation: This stage involves identifying the scope of the project, determining the project goals, and selecting a project team that will oversee the entire process. During this stage, you may also need to obtain any necessary permits or approvals from local authorities.

Concept design: This stage involves developing an initial concept design based on the client’s requirements, budget, and site constraints. The concept design will typically include sketches, drawings, and 3D visualizations of the proposed building.

Detailed design: Once the concept design has been approved, the project team will begin developing detailed design plans and specifications. This may include working with engineers, architects, and other professionals to develop a comprehensive set of plans that can be used for construction. Once these are all done, the building consent will be submit to council for approval.

Pre-construction: After the building consent granted, our team will finalize the design plans and prepare for construction. This may involve obtaining permits, ordering materials, and scheduling subcontractors.

Construction: This is the stage where the actual building work takes place. The project team will manage the construction process, ensuring that everything is done to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Completion: Once the construction is complete, the project team will conduct a final inspection to ensure that everything has been built according to the plans and specifications. Any necessary corrections or adjustments will be made, and the project will be handed over to the client.

Post-construction: This stage involves addressing any issues that arise after the project is complete. The project team may provide ongoing maintenance and support, or the client may take over responsibility for maintaining the building.
